Art-Exchange.com has started a petition to encourage all House and Senate conference committee members to support the provision that allows artists to receive a full fair-market tax deduction when donating works to a museum or similar non-profit organization. (Read about the bill that passed the Senate. It now must make it through the conference committe and pass a House vote.)
