Well Done Artist's Blog

Visit Carol Gillott's blog Paris Breakfasts to see what an artists' blog can be. It combines her artwork, personal interests, travels, and stories seamlessly. And it's fascinating to read.

The only thing I have a beef with is that she doesn't use her name on the page. It's quite anonymous. For some, this is more comfortable, but when you're trying to get your name out there, you have to get your name out there. I want it to say "Carol Gillott's Paris Breakfasts"!

Gee Whiz ! Well thanks Artbizblog/Ayson :)
Interesting your comment about my missing name...I did originally use my name but decided that my "brand" Paris breakfasts should be stressed, a more intriguing nickname IMO. But I'll reconsider a bit..hmmm. Thanks very much for the shoutout. I'm glad your site is out there to assist us all.

Art history is a history of individual names. Always keep that in mind when you're trying to promote your work!

Carol has a wonderful way of capturing details, feelings of color, and the taste for travel in her paintbrush. From the moment I first saw her work I have never been diasppointed, everyday her blog creates wonder!
