I usually try to hand-write thank you&#039;s, but have fallen off lately because of my own disorganization -- but in the past, this has been a very good technique for me. It makes you stand out, because very few people do this anymore. My current plan is to make up a desktop box of notecards, so it so convenient that I don&#039;t have an excuse not to send them.
