Photoshop e-book for artists

by Alyson Stanfield on March 23, 2008

HutsonTomorrow’s newsletter is about using images to promote yourself online–images of YOU. This reminded me of this email I received from Sherry Hutson, which might be of value . . .

My eBook, The Painter’s Guide to Photoshop, is a great resource for artists who want to learn how to use Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop Elements to resize images, save them as jpg files, set the correct DPI, learn about RGB and CMYK, and more.

This may be a wonderful book, probably is, but $68.50 for a book you download yourself seems really steep.

Hello – I wanted to reply to Mr. Koch. When you purchase The Painter’s Guide to Photoshop, you receive a CD in the mail. Included on the CD are screen and printable versions of the book in pdf format. Also included are sample images that you use to follow along with exercises in the book. And, you receive over 400 royalty-free photographs suitable for painting. If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact me at sherry@matanzamedia.com
