I can vouch for this! I try my best (there’s always room for improvement) to send at least 1 handwritten note or special gift to each VIP client/year. I also stay in touch with all my inquiries, in addition to the regular postcard mailings and newsletters that I send out. It just paid off with one inquirer from 6 years ago – just this week she purchased 4 small originals, set up a payment plan for a 5th larger piece, and booked a commission. All that for the price of a couple stamps!!
