I recently left a company that delivered this newsletter for 8.5 years. I gave them a lot of money.
When my decision was made, I called a number, asked the nice man on the other end of the line to cancel, and they said Goodbye. He asked me no questions, and I never heard from them again.
I think you can understand why I left their service.
I know some of my customers have slipped through the cracks, but we are putting tools in place at Art Biz Coach so that we can do a better job of customer relationship management.

Tell the people on your list what’s going on. Keeping news to yourself doesn’t serve you, and it certainly doesn’t please the people who asked to hear from you.
They need to know about your achievements and events. That’s why they signed up, so don’t hold back!
The people on your list also want to know about you, and you will form stronger connections if you’re a little personal in your messages.
Generosity is contagious and rewarded.
You not only feel good when you’re extra generous with people, but you also reap gifts in return that cannot be measured.
It’s generous these days to write a Thank You note on a card with an image of your art on the front.
For special people, you can send small gifts. I can’t reward the thousands of people on this list with small gifts in the mail, but I do frequently offer useful downloads. Which brings me to . . .
